At Ski Essentials, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
